Mark Cole’s warm vocals and down-home guitar work (with mandolin and banjo close at hand) bring sharp, characterful songwriting to life - songs that can make you laugh one moment and lean in the next. Alongside him, Liam Ward’s expressive harmonica playing (plus occasional musical saw and other surprises) adds counterpoint, finesse and fire.
