What we collect

Editors' account, session, and access information is processed separately to run the editorial CMS securely.

Why we use it

We use newsletter details to send the updates you ask for, keep a record of your consent, prevent duplicate subscriptions, and maintain delivery records. Where you have accepted optional analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand site usage and improve the experience. We use essential cookies to keep the site secure and remember your cookie choice.

Our lawful basis

Newsletter emails are sent only after your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email, on our unsubscribe page, or by contacting us. Essential security and session processing is carried out where needed to operate the site safely.

Who we share data with

We use Vercel to host the site, Supabase to host application data, Cloudflare to store and deliver site images, SendGrid to deliver newsletter emails, and Google Analytics when optional analytics cookies are accepted. These providers act as service providers for the site. We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this applies, we will use the safeguards required by data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

How long we keep it

We keep newsletter information while you remain subscribed and for a limited period afterwards where needed to handle opt-outs, delivery records, or legal obligations. We will add the confirmed retention periods before public launch.
