We advise patrons to contact the venue via email access@o2forumkentishtown.co.uk or telephone on 020 3362 4110 to reserve a space in the accessible area and/or a companion ticket as soon as the event is announced, once the venue has confirmed patrons can purchase a standard ticket via www.ticketmaster.co.uk. The telephone line opens at Midday and closes at 4pm and operates Monday to Friday. Please do not call outside of these hours as you will be asked to call back. Due to Licensing and Health & Safety Assessments, we regret the number of wheelchairs that we can admit to the main auditorium is limited and we must treat all patrons on a first come first served basis. A photocopy/scan of one of the following official documents (dated within the past 12 months) will enable you to qualify for a free personal assistant ticket. Please do not send the original copy.
