At Eventim Apollo. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. The artist, promoter and venue reserve the right to terminate this agreement with or without cause, and without penalty. All VIP merchandise will be distributed at the show; some exceptions may apply. Information provided at the time of purchase (name, address, e-mail, etc.) is the same information that will be utilized for individual contact requirements where applicable. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of initial purchase. VIP merchandise is not required for venue entry. Commemorative VIP tour laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The VIP tour laminate does not gain or authorize access into the venue, VIP or any backstage areas. Under 15s must be accompanied by an adult over 18 and advised to be seated as view may be restricted in the standing area. A max of 4 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 4 will be cancelled.

Tickets become invalid if resold or offered for resale unless through the Artist's official resale channels or approved fan-to-fan exchange. Tickets from third parties or unauthorised outlets are invalid and may lead to refusal of entry. 4. Ticket sales are limited to 8 per person. 5. Only tickets purchased via approved agents are valid.
